have waxed for years at salon. Never exfoliate unless I want to use fake tan type products, when you need to exfoliate to stop streaks. If my skin looks dry/flaky I use the nylon scrunchy things or a Sanctuary (get it at Boots) product with little beads of 'stuff' that rub the skin. Only ever had one ingrown hair on biki line, but popped it out before it caused a problem. Easy!
