Another fan of walking! I also do yoga and Pilates which both concentrate on standing up straight which is the quickest way to look slimmer that I know! I also believe that regular exercise helps with mood swings. Also just remember if you buy it you will eat it! It's not easy and I truly think it is harder as you get older to keep slim. The other bigger is not buy anything with elastic waistbands as these expand so easily!!! Good luck F. x |
