I do a reasonable amount of regular exercise and have done for a few years but am overweight around the middle as that is where I tend to put on weight. However have recently started swimming again after years out of the pool. Am swimming slowly but steadily a couple of times a week and very gradually I am noticing that my middle is becoming (very slightly!) smaller. I'm also finding it quite a good stressbuster as there is nothing to do but think and count the lengths. |
