i am debating weather or not to have a fringe cut, i have grown my hair to a bob, it is very thick and about chin length but i always have to pin or clip back some hair to keep it off my face.

the problem is that i have an old fashioned cows lick, i would really like a full fringe and tidy up the bob to make it a little smarter, ( like catherine zeta jones in Chicago)

The cows lick is on the side, if i had a full fringe from a centre parting would my fringe stay closed and not look like an open pair of curtains?

Decisions decisions . . . .
