Hand on heart the very best eye make-up remover I have ever used is Floracil by Gatineau. It is a pretty blue colour and not at all oily. You don't need to rub your eyes, just put some on a pad, leave the pad on the eye for 30 seconds or so and then wipe away!! I have very sensitive eyes and this never stings plus you can re-apply eye make-up very quickly again without fear of it sliding off if you want to refresh make-up before going out for the evening. If interested, you can get a 400ml bottle from QVC for Ł23 plus postage or try ebay where you can sometimes get cheaper. Not cheap but it lasts for ages!
