I work in a small office with three other women. We tend to wear a range between casual smart and smart casual, depending on what's going on and how we feel. We tend to dress up a bit if we go to meetings out of the office, but I've noticed that 'dressing up' sometimes makes me feel as though we've overdone it a bit, compared with general office wear these days. It seems quite hard to get the right balance. Oh to be male, when a suit seems to fit most occasions!
