It didn't surprise me at all and the medics (dermatologist and plastic surgeon) repeated what I have always heard them say - protect your skin from the sun, get a face cream with SPF, use the cheapest that suits your skin without irritating. And to think I used to feel intimidated (ok, a long time ago) by saleswomen on beauty counters. I loved the former beauty editor who spilled the beans. It was a very small trial and I won't be giving up the Boots Protect and Protect serum which I bought after the BBC said it did work. I like the bounce it gives my skin and now also use the night cream. I use a tinted moisturiser with SPF10 for daytime. |
