Anyone see Channel 4 last night re face creams?

There was a documentary on Channel Four last might about anti-ageing face creams, did anyone see it? They tested a selection of well known creams, some very expensive like Dior 'Capture' range, right down to Simple facial moisturiser which costs less then a fiver. Also tested were ranges from Olay, L'Oreal, the famous Boots Protect and Perfect, Nivea and a couple of others I've forgotten. Granted that these were tested on a very small sample of women (they didn't know what make they were using) and it was only over a couple of weeks, but not only did the scientists not find any improvement at the end of the trial, some women had worse lines and wrinkles than before! The cosmetic companies must be pretty upset by this programme - of course the companies concerned said it wasn't a proper trial, the products needed to be used for longer etc....but it kind of put me off spending money on anti-ageing creams, especially at the top end of the market - not that I do anyway. I use Dermalogica at the moment, which isn't too pricey, but I'm now wondering whether I should just use something even cheaper! One of the experts concluded that the only anti-ageing cream necessary is a good sunscreen, as it's the sun that does most of the damage.
