Do You Sunbathe Or Do You Stay In The Shade?

I for one feel great for getting a bit of sun on me. I am enjoying this good weather we have been having here in the UK. I do sit out in the sun when I have the odd five minutes. I always wear at least a Factor 8 suncream and lately have been using Factor 15+
I have a dark olive complexion but still can go a bit pink if I over do it
Do you sunbathe or do you cover up and stay in the shaded?
