Re: Haircut - whoops

Hello, I've had a problem with my haircuts/colour since moving to a new area. I used to go to a brilliant place for 8 years and always pleased, unfortunately it's too far to go to even occasionally. Now my OH asks which hairdresser's reputation I'll be ruining next as I come home from yet another disaster in tears. The worst was in January when I almost had two different hairstyles at the same time - a chin length bob and a shoulder length flick; the fringe was cut so short that, even though I didn't summon the courage to go to a hairdresser until the end of April, it still didn't need a trim. The owner seemed most offended when I complained and I was terrified to let the salon try and rectify it. The colour was too dark and the 'lowlights' a banana colour. When I got home even my son noticed and said ****!
Before my holiday 3 weeks ago and after grilling a famous salon about its best stylist/colourist etc I finally coughed up the equivalent of the cost of my holiday and had a restyle ...and its ok and only that I'm afraid. I'd like W&H to run an article in which experts will give advice on how to rectify salon disasters. PLEASE!
P.S I'm going to show OH this post so he knows it's not just me
