Just to say I have been there and got the Tshirt. I decided that this would be the year I got my hair sorted out. I took advise from the forum (big thank you to dotful) and I finally have a style I like and I can manage myself. RESULT ! The Fox finally turned!!

Plasmo - it's your hair, you are paying do not accept second best, you are worth it!

Coldtoes - insist on speaking to the manager when you go back and explain exactly why you don't like your hair. And do not pay for this visit.
