HI all, I have done the arm curls and the squats and that will probably be it for the next decade or so. Seriously I hate, hate, hate exercises like these and would rather go for a 5 mile walk than do 5 minutes of exercises. I must try harder! Now I'm going out for a walk and to play a bit of tennis (I suppose you can loosely call what I do playing tennis) at the local courts. At least waving the racquet around is a form of arm exercise ![]() Blossom - you are doing arm exercise getting the food into your mouth. Now start trying to get it in using your feet and that will exercise your legs ![]() chaddy |
