Hi everyone. Yes get back to the basics and things will work out. Hope this helps you but each time I go on hols I put on a lot of weight as you think "Oh I'm on my hols so I can treat myself". Well I am just back yesterday from a week in Canada, yes barbies, wine, cookies etc and this is my first hol on PMK. I was totally amazed as I really did not crave the stuff I normally do on hols. I was very happy with my choice of food and stopped when full etc and followed the rules. Today I am only 1 lb heavier than when I left so am ecstatic. I realise over the next few days it could creep on as it hits my body but I felt good with my food when I was away and feel I will not have gained too much for the weigh-in.
