I joined Weight Watchers just over four weeks ago and have lost 9 1/2 pounds so far (loads to go yet though!!). I have also lost weight with weight watchers in the past. The biggest hurdle is getting in the right mind set to do it. It can be a bit daunting when you first walk in, but remember, every person there have walked in for the first day once! It is really easy to follow (I am using my daughters ww kitchen scales - they cost a lot but are worth every penny - they work it all out for you) and you can eat plenty. I have a glass of wine most evenings and never feel hungry. Its what you are eating that matters. Take that first step and good luck to you - you will never look back! Honeysuckle
