Thanks Foxie. I do Pilates too, but the exercise I was thinking of was one lying on my back - will try yours too. I also have IBS, but I'm following a list kindly given to me by amelica2 to help control this, but when I lapse it's more bloating than 'muffin top'. Ultimate aim is to get fit by moving more though, and if I lose a few pounds on the way that will be a bonus!
