Hi Rugby Mother what you did is very much like the PMK system.The whole idea is to forget dieting and forbidden foods,eat what you like when you are hungry and listen to your body and stop before you feel full.His system also encourages positive thinking about oneself and increases self esteem.It is possible to do it alone but having the support of the FFs on here really helped me succeed in my weight loss and hopefully I will manage to keep it off.
