An English friend of mine used to spend 6 weeks in France every summer staying with her French friends.They used to put every single part of a chicken in the pot and eat it all ugh! They also spent hours eating every day so think we should be thinking eat like a Parisian ,rather than eat like a French woman,there are lots of big French women about too.
Perhaps you need to have another holiday in France,purely for research purposes of course.It's hard work but someones got to do it Lol
