Afternoon everyone sorry for not posting but I have had a horrid couple of days my little dog Amber has been ill she has been admitted in the vets for two days she has had a viral infection but she is fine now. I am still following the rules though.I only eat one course however if we go out for a meal I normally have a starter and a main and hardly ever have a sweet., but oh yes I do have the wine.
