Hi dec Can I join your gang please? I was inspired by whitleybay on our visit to Belfast, how she is MM and losing weight. I've been trying to walk and exercise more, mainly because my blood pressure is described as 'borderline'. I bought the Omron pedometer (as recommended on the forum), and I'm trying to walk at least 10000 steps a day, easy on a work day but not so easy on days off (Thurs & Fri). But yesterday I walked 15000, not intentionally but lost car key so had to walk to and from hairdressers! Today I needed to go to the Post Office (about 2 miles away), but walked instead of driving (found car keys last night), and so far today I've done 8102 steps. My OH is getting sooooo bored with me and says I'm 'obsessed with my pedometer'! So would like to bore the rest of the MM gang instead please!
