MM Day 164 It's hard work!

It's hard work thinking of daily motivational posts so we need help...please!

I'm feeling pleased with myself because I've managed to stick to my self imposed regime of squats,arm exercises and sit ups each day this week.I think a mini routine is what I need .If I'm too ambitious in my aims I give up after a few days but if my mini routine slots into other routines I'm hoping it will become a habit. which will stick.
Tomorrow I'm aiming to add gardening to my daily moving.It will do me and the garden good, so double result!
