I have to admit that I am not too determined wish I was but its all manaña for me , I seem to go one step forward two steps back , keep saying to my self that I will try harder but then I say wow that cheese::. cake ..... ice cream... wine .....looks nice and life is short .
I have lost some weight and I weigh a lot less than I did ten years ago ( last time i was in holland) everyone I met last week kept telling me how well I looked so that was a big boost.
