Yesterday some of us decided that we would try and have a daily routine that would get us moving more.Mine was to do Squats and arm exercises first thing in the morning, before showering ,and whilst waiting for the kettle to boil. This morning I remembered to do both and I also did 20 sit ups as a bonus exercise.Can't let Foxie beat me on those! If I manage to do those 3 types of exercises daily I'm hoping they should really help me tone up. How's it going for you,did you remember or forget your new routine? Decx |
