Morning everyone

I haven't been too well over the last few days, so haven't moved very much at all. But, I am now a lot better, so no excuses and I am gradually getting back into my moving routines.

Gilley - squats are really good for targeting wobbley bits! I hate them too, but they do work, you can really feel the muscle groaning!!!!!!!

dec - I am concentrating on abs and bingo wings at the moment.
