Gilley, don't panic!It could be a whole lot of things, from water retention to hormones, even down to the fact that muscle weighs more than fat! As for me I am stuck in a weight zone.... and have been for weeks, I don't think my scales know any other numbers! I am going on hols in beginning of August and I would really like to lose another 5 lbs. Its not a big deal, I know it is possible,so today after work I need to listen to PMK cd again because I haven't for ages, and set myself a moving more target. Good luck to everyone today. |
