Have been in the gym and done a 2.5km row, a bike ride for 5 mins (constant cycling at a very fast rate) and some reps on my arms to prevent bingo wings starting!!! At that age if i'm not careful everything will be dragged south!! Enjoying the moving more as it gives me more energy and I look forward to going to the gym. Also been to the tennis at Calderstones park for Fathers Day which was lovely. Lovely walk through the park before you get to the venue. |
