Gilley have you tried Bromide in your tea? It might help.
Thimble,I have the journal but haven't really been using it.I think it could be quite a good aid keeping on track but you could probably do pretty much the same by keeping a daily diary of your own.Writing down your achievements of the day and what your aims are etc and keeping a note of weigh in results.
My mind does tend to wander a lot whilst I'm listening to him so perhaps your suggestions that I should start counting again at those times will help me get back on track then.
As I said on another post I do have trouble with the visualisation part of things.I don't "see" myself thinner,I don't get a picture in my mind,but I do think when that happens I'll buy myself a red wrapover dress.But I feel a bit cheated I want piccies in my brain.Does everyone else get them? It's so not fair!!
