Hi Dec and MJM That's a question I needed answering too. I have tried it both ways and have have counted down to 1 but do think I don't concentrate on what PMK is saying if I do it this way. I tend to try to let it just drift off and maybe come back to it if I start thinking of other things (like work)!! I am finding it useful though and have actually lost a few pounds hope it continues. I like the fact that it's common sense really - eating when hungry and listening to your hunger. Keep up the good work. Jud x |
