Morning everyone,
A couple of days ago Twinkle asked a question re PMK cd.She was the last one to post that day and I think her post probably wasn't seen by many of us.
It was about the counting backwards procedure that PMK asks us to do.Twinkle tries to continue counting for the entire CD.I hardly ever make it past about 189.As soon as PMK starts asking me to step into images etc,counting stops for me.I just can't do both at once.
How do you use the CD?
Do you think we really are meant to keep up the counting throughout the CD.Bringing ourselves back to it when we drift off target?
Or do you think it doesn't make any difference what we do?
I think what I'm doing may stop me going into the trance like state we are meant to achieve.
Please ,please give this some serious attention as it has become like searching for the meaning of life for me!I need to get out more.lol
