Good luck with page 57, Mr Chilla was in traction for ages, but he was in the right place for page 12. ![]() OK my goals are: Hit my target of 15,000 steps every day. Work on strengthening my core muscles Cut down the alcohol intake Take up cycling again. At the end of my 3 months, hopefully I will have adopted a more consistent pattern of exercise, my blood pressure will have dropped and if I lose weight, maybe my back will hurt less! i fthis helps, i do find that I enjoy the walks around the route i do at work more, because there arethat many people see and ahve a quick word siwth,e ven if it's just hello, that it's a sociable experience. The key on that one is to things at th same time every day, if that is any help to those who aren't enjoying their walks. And never be afraid to say hello to people, brightens their day usually. |
