Afternoon everyone. Yesterday was a bit of a non moving day for me, I had to go into work for the day and I was under 5000 steps for the day.
Today I have been out for a lovely walk, my OH did not want to come but my YS did. Suprisingly no i pod in the ear and we had a good talk on the way around, it was the most sustained conversation for about a fortnight!
