Well done Lillie ...you must feel really good about your weight loss.They say it is best to lose between 1 to 2 lb per week as you are more likely to keep it off...just think another ten weeks and it could be a stone..ten weeks is nothing...commit yourself to that for now!(sorry..I dont know how much yo want to lose..I want to lose three stone!!...crikey!) |
