Wednesday. Sorry I didn't manage my 10000 steps yesterday but did get to 8600 so not too bad and I also did a workout to Paddy and Max DVD. Not doing so well today after a really disturbed sleep last night but have just talked OH into doing a 3 mile round trip to the pub tonight,walking of course.I'll stick to slimline tonic but do find having a target to aim for helps and it definitely motivates him. Whitley Bay I'd love to be your walking buddy as you suggested on your thread.How do you suggest we organise it? I obviously realise that it will be "virtual"unless by a happy chance you live in Poole,Dorset? Decx |
