I know it's not the same without our HappyTigger but since she's so poorly I thought she might like to look in on us and see that we're at least doing our best without her. So, on day 1 I had porridge for breakfast, soup and a ham/cucumber roll for lunch and I'm going to have cod with veggies and chorizo for dinner - plus my usual bottle of wine, hey - I never said I was perfect! Exercise-wise I twiddled most of the day and just did 18 mins on the treadmill at a walking pace whilst watching Come Dine with Me. Tick that box
