Hi Gilley ,I've just posted on Sella's post then I noticed yours.My good news is I've stayed the same weight.
One of the things I've done over the week end is get my pedometer out of the drawer and start using it again.It shocks me to realise how few steps I take in a normal day.Wearing it helps to motivate me to move more and to keep trying to add extra steps to my daily total.I really would recommend it.Excuse me now because I really must jog around a bit.I need to get in shape for Alex's party.(see Sella's post for your invite)
