I shall keep the jiff lemon in mind but it doesn't sound so healthy and incouraging as fresh.

Mind you with tomorrow being a fresh start in mind, I am currantly using up the Baileys (yes I know its early but needs must). It was a present from someone and as I live on my own I feel duty bound to empty the bottle even though I don't particularly like it - I must say adding an extra slug of whiskey does make it rather moorish, cuts the heaviness of the cream...
