Hi everyone, Sorry I missed you yesterday, but I've just read the thread. I know I've put weight on over Christmas - I usually put on about 4 lb, so I'll be very sorry if it's more and relieved and surprised if it's any less! Monday will be the wake-up call! Meanwile, I looked back at mjm's post for the start of the Falbuless forumers - Day 1 - and thought I'd repeat it here - it reminds us that the most important thing controlling our behaviour is not what we do, but what's going on in our heads!
