Re: night sweats!

I am half way through them - a good idea is to not eat huge meals or drink too much alchohol - this seems to make the sweats worse. Also not to drink hot drinks before bed.

An invaluable herbal remedy is called Meno-Herbs available at Victoria Health Stores - rather costly but really good for serious sweaters!
