I hate to tell you both but its early on set of menopause. I am in menopause completely and let me tell you it can only get worse!!

I have an electric fan on my beside table pointed just away from me, and I switch it on whenever I get a night sweat, some people swear by the Chill Pillows too, tho have not tried them, think you can get them on the internet. Good luck you two.
