Also it is good to know I will have company Sella_Vee as I stare at the scales on Monday morning and dare them to tell the truth. I am clearing up today, so will put all goodies away out of sight - they have been hovering in cake tins on the work surface with boxes of chocs on the coffee table etc. I am wondering about geting some detox tea for Monday, just to get rid of toxins and extra fluid. Anybody got any suggestions for what works well and tastes reasonable?
