Hi Sella, You beat me to it, I've logged on to post the "thought for the day" and you'd already done it. I've been thinking that this week I will make an effort to eat healthily.Going back to the basics of making sure that I have at least 5 portions of fruit and veg each day and 3 servings of oily fish during the week and starting the day with a bowl of porridge.I'm making vegetable broth for lunch and I'm now going to exercise to Paddy and Max's DvD.I've already listened to 2 PMK tapes,how's that for motivation? I've decided that I will listen to PMK at least every other day this week and do an exercise video each day.Can you feel the desperation creeping in after nearly 3 weeks holidays? One thing that really got to me in Florida was,that contrary to most peoples' perceptions of Americans,they all seemed slim or super slim.That'll teach me to stay away from the haunts of the beautiful people,perhaps I should have gone to Orlando instead of Miami and the East coast?
