Lots of fruit and veg ....easy on the carbs and dairy... a treat a day and thats what most of them boil down to. WW is good...... I did it many years ago but for me it was having to be weighed... very sensitively... every week that kept me on track....give a meeting a try they are very friendly places in my experience. Have kept the weight i lost off for 12 years now ....so it did some good!!
