Well, Christmas is over and New Year still to come and, although I haven't eaten much in the way of quantity, I have been eating a lot of the foods that I wouldn't normally have. These foods have all been starchier, bulkier and richer than I would normally eat and have left me feeling rather sluggish - and quite unsatisfied, even though I enjoyed them all at the time of eating. I find that when I eat more fresh fruit and veg, fish, etc. etc. I feel so very much better - so, I am trying to get myself back to normal, back on track (not that I have veered too far off track)and looking forward to a healthier and happier 2009. How is everyone else doing today? |
