I try to walk for about 40 minutes every day. It's lonely without a walking buddy though. Now that the weather is sooo cold it's a real effort but needs must and all that. I found that it takes about 2 weeks before you start seeing the benefits. What about your local council leisure centre for keep fit classes? Ours is free to over 60's , and that's using any of the facilities from the pool to the gym,or the over 50's keep fit is £1.75 per session (one hour) |
