Re: Exercise - how, what and when?

I would suggest fitting some exercise into your daily life. I walk to work everyday (about 40 minutes) and always use the stairs and not the lift.

Find some exercise you enjoy - I do one Body Jam Dance class and yoga three times a week. Also a small amount of stomach crunches on the Swiss Ball and some free weights each time I visit the gym.
