Yes, it is, some of the things I am useless at. It weighs you and tells you your BMI which is the scarey bit, also your wii fit age, which has ranged from 37, 55, 28 then 47, depending when I did the test!!!I am 50!!! The tests are balance etc mostly and there is lots of choice of things to do. I have had a go at the Wii sport that someone lent me, that has tennis, bowling etc
