I had a suction hysterectomy when I was 42/43, and to be honest I was absolutely fine, I think I was home within 3 days and driving on the 4th, had no pain whatsoever....none to complain of that is.

Hysterectomy isn't what it used to be, when you were sent to convelescence for 6 weeks !

You will be fine and will be so glad you had it done.
