mjm I did not get my weight to you yesterday as I was travelling back from Dublin , this morning I stood on the scales and I really did not want to look but I braced myself and no change !!!!!!!!!!!!! I can`t belive it I was sure I would have put up a t least 3lbs, I had a wonderful time in Dublin eat loads (or so it seemed) do not know how I stayed the same ,is something strange happening to my body is PMK taking me over ??????
what ever it is I am happy yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhh no change
