I've been getting the flu jab for years now because I'm a chronic asthmatic. I've only had side effects once. The flu jab changes every year to try and combat whatever flu they think might be going to hit us all which is probably what causes the reaction. Personally I think with things like this it's the luck of the draw but if I had to choose between the way I felt the last time I had the flu and getting the jab I'd take it every time because any side effects only last for a few days.
