I pay to have 'flu jab.I had a nasty flu 4 years ago and ended up with bacterial pneumonia.Altogether I was ill for six weeks,so although I don't strictly need it on medical grounds, I am having it done at Boots for £15..you just make an appointment.
Last year I was still an NHS employee and staff get it free.
That was my first time and I didn't have any effects from it.
