Sorry you've been down gilley - I think we all get times like that. From what mjm has said you've done really well so far - and with pmk to help you have loads to be positive about. I have to confess that so far, I haven't listened to the CD, I have been so busy and have felt quite up beat about it all. Things should quieten down for me in a few weeks and I think that would be a good time for me listen, it'll give me a good incentive to keep at it in the run up to Xmas too.
